Return Policy

Deadline
You must notify the return within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and have no stains or damage. Also, the item must be packaged. Unpackaged items are not eligible for refund.

Packaging
Please do not return your rug unpackaged.

If your rug has arrived rolled up: roll the rug pile inward, starting at the shortest side of the rug and working toward the longest side. Pack the rug in the return bag that came with the rolled rug or in another sturdy sealed plastic container. Seal the bag carefully with tape.

If your carpet was delivered folded: please carefully fold the carpet as it arrived to you. Pack the carpet in the box it arrived in or in another sturdy plastic package that is completely sealed.

If you are returning multiple carpets, please pack them together or tape them together into 1 package.

Carriers
For returns, we only work with GLS. Register your return, download the free return label, stick it on the parcel and take the parcel to a GLS drop-off point near you.

Who pays for the return?
Returns are free of charge. However, our free return policy only covers returns via GLS and provided you drop the package off at a GLS parcel shop near you. You can find the nearest parcel shops here.

Additional charges
If you prefer another courier service, we do not guarantee reimbursement of the costs incurred.

Can the package also be picked up at home?
This is possible, but there are additional costs involved. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Refund
Once your return has reached us in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 10 business days using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
